Morgan Character Design | Hellie

A brand new character joins the roster! Morgan's name loosely means "chief of the sea" in Welsh, so naturally, she is a pirate! I made her mostly pirate-themed but also gave her some goggles, as a trinket she picked up from one of her many journeys around hell.
